This Privacy Policy applies to the Flow7 Thrive™ mobile application, the web application located at thrive.flow7.app, and any related services (collectively, the "App").

- Profile information you choose to add (age range, menopause stage)
- EWI™ Assessment responses and scores
- Daily practice logs and check-in data
- Communications you send to our support team

- Device type, operating system, and app version
- App usage patterns (which features you use and when)
- Crash reports and performance data
- IP address and general geographic region

- Deliver your daily FLOWERS Framework™ practices and rhythm content
- Calculate and display your EWI™ score

- Improve the App through aggregated, de-identified analytics
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with applicable law
We do not use your personal data to train AI models or sell insights to advertisers.

Who We Share Data With
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
If Rooted Reign Ventures LLC is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the successor entity under the same privacy protections described here.

- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Withdraw consent for HealthKit data sharing via iPhone Settings

How We Protect Your Data
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Your EWI™ assessment data and health information are stored in a separate, access-restricted layer of our database architecture.
No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
07 · Retention
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as for billing records, which are retained for 7 years).
Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for research and product improvement purposes.
08 · Children
Children's Privacy
Flow7 Thrive™ is designed for adults and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
09 · Changes
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via the App or email if the changes are material. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
