3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription terms
Subscriptions to our services (such as Flow7 Thrive) are provided on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (App Store, Google Play) or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Billing and payment
- Payments are processed securely through app store providers or third-party payment processors
- We charge the payment method on file on each renewal date
- Billing is non-refundable except as required by law
- We are not responsible for failed payments due to expired or invalid payment methods
Price changes
We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. User-generated content
If you submit, upload, or create content through our services (including journal entries, notes, or feedback), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and improve our services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
